New contract SIM doesn't receive 4G

So my SIM that I just disconnected recieves 4G but my new contract SIM doesn't

It defintely is a 4G SIM and contract

Usually around 2 to 4 hours but anything up to 24 as you know......

The way I'm testing is it using my Macbook to send a sms as its all set up with that number and stuff, its failing to send so not ready yet...

SMS is usually the last to come online after a changeover...
Data first, then calls, then SMS

I cant monitor any of that, data being that my myo2 has changed that I dont have the phone number I wanted showing as thats the disconnected bill. My new contract shows of course but its not the number I kept

Your MY O2 will show the correct number for your contract, so it will change when the transfer takes place.

The number transfer change will show at any time - No relationship to website/general account updates at Midnight at all.
