Solved: New Phone won't get past SW update

I've just received my new Iphone 11 as part of my upgrade. I am trying to set it up but it won't get past the iOS15.0.1 Update (downloads and then sticks on Install Now and effectively crashes). It won't let me bypass this stage and it won't let me manually set up. Please help.
