Take that with a pinch of salt, live chat aren't best known for accuracy but you could call 202

202 is the best place to track your order outside of the MyO2 (if updated).

Live check is flakey at best with the information.

For those of you unhappy though you are eligible to cancel your order and either visit a store for stock or go direct to Apple

I ordered an Iphone 6s Plus 64GB Silver on the 12th September.  This afternoon I recieved an text and email saying that its been dispatched and should be with me sometime tomorrow.

UPDATE!!! After being told TODAY my phone would take another 2 weeks to come, Ive been emailed that its been DISPATCHED!!!!!!!!!! My order has went from in progress to complete!!!!! So take everything cs tell you with a pinch of salt, seriously!!! SO HAPPY!!!! I will be getting it tomorrow

Great news @Anonymous We have said previously that often CS are unaware of the progress. What may be showing on their screen will very likely be different to yours.... as you are the person to get dispatch info first
