New Ipad

Anonymous
Not applicable

I have just purchased a new Ipad and the girl i who placed my order stated the monthly cost of £53.00 would be reduced to £46.20 per month after i have made a claim. How do I make the claim?

In addition the ipad pencil i ordered was supposedly reduced from £99.99 to £89.99 but my order shows £99.99. How do I claim this refund?

Hi @Anonymous What claim do you mean? In the shop there are 2 iPads with different offers One is a free Office Subscription and the other is saving £72 on device plan... ? https://www.o2.co.uk/shop/tablets/#sort=content.sorting.featured&page=1    Either way you will be advised on how to claim when you purchase and receive the device

The reduction on the pencil will be shown when your final bill is produced Advice here

I think you need to ask customer service how to make the claim.
Was this through o2 or a third party?
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
