I placed an order today for the Ipad Pro 11 - I had to pay an upfront fee so input my card details as requested, it sat on the processing screen for at least 10 minutes then went to a blank screen. I haven't received any confirmation of my order but the upfront payment has been taken

Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
