New IPhone contract isn't working... It keeps saying NO SERVICE when trying to use mobile data. It works a little on the WiFi at home. I've taken this phone to the shop many times now and I've only had the contract about 1 week. Any advice would he greatly received.

If network coverage in your area is good, as per Guide: How can I sort out my network issues? and your phone's APN is good, things should work - otherwise it looks like you will need to contact O2, links to their Social Media Team below this post. Good luck!
