New IPhone 5s

My Iphone 5s went black over an hour ago with the apple logo blinking on and off can anyone let me know how to fix it and get my phone back ??

Press the top button and home button together until the apple log appears and then let go.

if no joy hook it up to iTunes to see if iTunes recognises it and hit restore.

If it does not then put it in dfu mode and then iTunes should see it in recovery mode. Then hit restore.
