On calling 02 yesterday I had run out of data allowance so agreed to pay an extra £5 per month to double it to 2gb, not had any 3g since, on checking my account it is showing as pending, how long does it take to go on as I have no wifi at work and need my 3g !!

Live chat has been open on my computer since I got in to work this morning, not once has it become available. How did we survive without 3g before ! *sigh*

It's just really unfortunate for you that O2 had really serious system issues yesterday. I would think customer service is snowed under today with the fallout. Hope you get this resolved as soon as possible
