Network Info missing ?

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi, am new to the community but have been an iPhone 5s user for a while.

Regarding 'No Caller ID' and 'unknown' calls received.

My query is not about who is calling but the associated network info.

Previously one would get (1) the date of the call, (2) the time of the call and (3) the duration of the call.

If the call was missed - this came up in red type.

But now nothing ..........

Got in contact with O2 Guru's - they suggested the Reset via Home + On/Off buttons.

Didnt work.

Anybody else having similar issue ?

I'm on iOS 9.1

Thanks.

I'd like to think that the comments made in such forums will eventually feed back to them.

You would hope so but it's more helpful for o2 customers at the moment.

Apple tend to relate to their own support website and community.

Hi,

Just to advise that iOS 9.2 Beta 4 was released to Developers on 18th November.

Hopefully a fix for this particular problem is included.

Hi, of some interest perhaps.

Have purchased Macroplant iExplorer program. This allows one to read an iPhone's back up file stored on a computer.

Curiously enough all the missing data - as per this posting - (1) day of call (2) time of call and (3) length of call is all there !

For both 5 and 5s models.

Well I downloaded and installed the latest iOS 9.2 last night and still the info doesn't get displayed.

Can't help but think it's not quite the finished job yet.

It's a valid thought but I don't get the feeling I'm in the process of being depreciated just now.

All Apple's kit is sold at a premium perhaps longevity and 'backwards comparability' sort of justifies it.

I've recently had a lovely touch with a 2003 laptop and OS from 2009 - now restored to functioning with current online iTunes facility after 3~4 months appearing dead.
