Network Info missing ?

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi, am new to the community but have been an iPhone 5s user for a while.

Regarding 'No Caller ID' and 'unknown' calls received.

My query is not about who is calling but the associated network info.

Previously one would get (1) the date of the call, (2) the time of the call and (3) the duration of the call.

If the call was missed - this came up in red type.

But now nothing ..........

Got in contact with O2 Guru's - they suggested the Reset via Home + On/Off buttons.

Didnt work.

Anybody else having similar issue ?

I'm on iOS 9.1

Thanks.

It will be down to how the phone displays the info rather than what info is provided by the network.

Hi, thank you for your reply.

I have both 'No Caller ID' and 'Unknown' calls - some have been answered but some have not.

In all cases no details (as previous) were retained/given by/to the 'phone.

Hi MI5, that's interesting.

Perhaps it's time to get my old iPhones - 4 and 5 - and give them a go with my current SIM ?

Yes it would be interesting to know if different iOS gives different info.
