Go into an O2 shop and ask for one and while you're there a member can perform the sim swap for you.

Any O2 shop will transfer your tariff and mobile number to a nano SIM card for you.
Or have one posted to you and use http://swapmysim.o2.co.uk
Make sure you ask for the correct account type.
Ie payg or contract.

It takes from a few minutes to approx 24 hours to fully settle after the swap.
Keep turning airplane mode on and off to help.
The service will stop on your original SIM card first and this indicates the swap has started.
