Nano Sim

Hi everyone

Please be gentle with me I'm new to all this and an old technophobe!

At present I have an iPhone 4s and want to buy a refurbished iPhone 5s 64GB.

I understand I will need a new Nano Sim.  Please advise if it has to be 64GB, can I buy one from 02 online, or do I have to go to a store.

I'm on PAYG Go Go and have been for many years.  Ideally I'd like to stay on this, would that be possible with another iPhone 64GB with a Nano Sim.

Very many thanks

Annie  😉   x

If you go in store thay can sort it all out for you, giving you a new nano sim and transfering the number and credit from the old sim .

All sims are the same now, just different sizes.
You will need a new sim to access 4g now you will be having a 4g phone so check this in store when you pop in for a sim swap.

Thanks but I don't drive so ideally would like to do this online.

Surely in this day and age it must be possible? x

You can call customer services on 4445 or try live chat and they will post one out to you.
We only suggested in store because it's generally quicker.

Ordering online you will probably have to do a sim swap when you receive it.
