Hi I can’t make a call and send the text from Friday yesterday I take a new card from yours shop but is the same problem

The issue must be with your sim or your account.

Have you reported your sim lost at all?

If so, O2 will apply vars to your account which need to be lifted.

Or, your sim might be faulty as it should have been activated in store.

I suggest you go back to the store and get them to check everything for you.
