having very strange problems with my myo2 app... It tells me I don't have any mobile billing details which is quite worrying and no longer lets me sign in. It was fine last week....

It is worrying how many times the Myo2 App has glitches so many times in a short space of time.

Mine is Payg and looks to be fine.

The entire O2 site (including My O2 access through the app) goes down for around an hour every evening whilst maintenance is carried out.
No need for any panic and concern at all.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

As I suspected it's fine this morning. Maintenance and updates are carried out around midnight which is obviously better for everyone. Just as in the way the shop pages are updated at the same time. The app is very good and I can count on one hand the number of times it has gone down since it's inception so it's far from worrying.
