Hi

Check the onboard data checker in Settings , mobile/cellular.

The apps at the bottom will show what's used how much data.

This does however need to be reset at yiur anniversary date by the reset button in blue writing.

Some say iphones use more data than other makes.

To add

Although this is predominately about battery saving tips some can also help with data use.

Part of an iphones settings to save on battery is to switch from Wifi to network connection when the screen goes to sleep.

When at at home on wifi turn off Mobile Data.

Settings , mobile/cellular , toggle off mobile data.

It's about time someone, somewhere, woke up and did something about the problem, but whilst people are still suckered into buying them it won't be happening anytime soon I guess.....
