My phone is dead and the O2 site is no help at all

The screnn went blank and won't turn on again. I want to speak to an O2 person but they are never there when you need them, so frustrating

Hi @Anonymous Not sure what model of iphone you have..but you can force a restart. This article covers this for many models of iPhone...

https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT201412

"To force restart an iPhone 6s and earlier, iPad, or iPod touch: Press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least ten seconds, until you see the Apple logo"

You may be better off contacting Apple directly to have it checked out.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

I will endorse contacting an Apple store rather than go to O2's repairers. Unless you are within the first 28 days for a faulty return.
