My o2 App for Mobile not recognising Account

Since last update for My o2 app can't log in. Using correct username and password. Tried unistalling app and reinstalling several times but still no go? Any ideas anyone.

How do I quote something here? No idea! Anyway MI5, that is how I usually contact O2 & without fail it goes through to PAYG. People have tried fixing it, it hasn't worked. It's become part of my O2 life!

How strange - Never heard of that problem before. That's kinda like phoning my wife but getting the call routed through to you !!

Well Monday came and Monday went.... still no different. To be fair I don't think this is something a Customer Services Assistant can sort out its more in the back end systems. Surely can't be that difficult!? Not really sure what more I can do now... just accept it won't work!?
