I order an iPad on the 29th of November 2020, I haven’t heard anything since and don’t know what’s going on? Did my order go through? Or do I need to order another one? I have an email confirming my order, but just find it strange I haven’t heard anything In nearly two months!

You need to contact O2.
All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

Is it an iPad Pro 12.9 128Gb
If so I’ve been waiting for this too. I ordered it on the 25 November..
I was on the phone to them on Saturday and got told it will be 6 weeks😡😡 and it could be longer as they don’t really know when it will be available
