I have only had my iPhone XR about 5/6 months but it keeps shutting down, it seems to shut off for a few minutes then comes back on. It’s really frustrating as I don’t know why this keeps happening ?

Maybe this is artially due to the problem affecting many O2  XR customers at the moment. Apple will run diagnostics on the phone if you can get yourself to a store and you will walk out with a replacement phone if t proves to be faulty.
