I need help - I have no WiFi access so need my iPad’s SIM to connect to data. I have a connected account with an iPhone but obviously two different SIMs. How do I fix this issue?

@Wayne1 just turn on your hotspot on the phone and search for the wifi hotspot on your ipad.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

That’s one option but I have SIM in the iPad that seems not to be working - I may a monthly fee to have data. Is this one for O2 tomorrow?

Try resetting your network connection but if not, give customer services a call at 8.00 in the morning.

I had exactly the same issue last year.

pop into your local store and ask them for a new sim card. Sorted in seconds and no problems since.

In short you need a new sim card
