My eSIM doesn’t work

Tried to transfer e-sim from mild to new phone it won’t work now I have deleted the sim - now I have no service on either phones

If you don’t have a good reason to have an eSIM get it swapped for plastic or you will have this problem everytime you want to shift phones

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
