Can anyone tell me what my care is? I've been sent an email asking for money but I've never signed up for it and don't know what it is? Is it a scam?

The people who answered in good faith in fairness have never received such an email with having direct debits in place. The advice was to contact customer service by @MI5 but it wasn't until @viridis rocked up to confirm it was genuine from personal experience (not his fault in any way!) Anyway, we all learn....
