Never heard of it. Who is the email from? Can you copy and paste the mail into a reply here without including any links? If it's a scam we wouldn't want anyone clicking on a dodgy link.

No such thing as mycare. Apple extended warranty is called Apple Care which gives you extended warranty after the initial 12 months.
