My O2 App - Pay Bill/Credit Agreement

Anonymous
Not applicable
I find it very dissatisfying that you are not able to pay your bill on credit agreement on the mobile app, this, for me would be very convenient and others alike. I have a direct debit set up but sometimes I just want to log on to the app and hey presto, pay my bill. There's so many other companies/competitors that allow you to make payments through there mobile app and I don't understand the business decision of O2, why they would neglect this feature.

Time and again we see people getting into a muddle when they try to mess around with the way they pay, either by cancelling their Direct Debit and then forgetting the due date, or paying too early and having the payment taken twice. You already have a Direct Debit set up. Let it just do its thing. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Hi FastEddie,

Sorry to hear you find this frustrating. I will feed it back to the team.

If you don't mind offering a bit of insight for me, If more security in the app was needed to achieve this, would this be an issue for you in terms of convenience?
