You will be charged unless you deal with it as described in the help thread here https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-Monthly-and-Pay-Go/Have-you-fallen-for-or-been-conned-into-a-premi...
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

As @MI5 says follow the info in the guide if the company will not refund lodge a formal complaint with The PSA as per the guide  (this looks like the usual facebook game scam )

If this is from a FB link I despair really. There are more and more 'click here and see this offer' posts appearing on that site...and no one from FB attempts to stop these scammers...

I KNOW some people genuinely may want to subscribe...but many don't...:smileysad:

I am equally cynical @madasaf1sh and totally agree. It's not illegal, though I think it's immoral Evil

It's not from facebook, my 5 year old was playing a child friendly game on my iphone and this add just popped up and my son clicked on it. I then received the text message in my first post.
I don't see how they can continue to do this without penalty. I did not give my number or any of my personal details, so i was even wondering how did they get my number. There is obviously a security privacy breach somewhere...
The £4.50 now appears on my statement as something i bought! Right i'm off to battle and i'll let you all know the outcome....
(Since the phone providers are billing people without proof of purchase it makes me wonder if they are in on it sharing the profits).
