Solved: Mobile phone bill overdue - ERROR

Hi,

Here the email I have just received from O2:

Payments on your account are now overdue

Account No: 1030794695

Balance Outstanding: £180.00

O2 Contact No. 0844 809 0202

But it is impossible as I have already paid this balance in shop (O2 Camden High Street, London) few weeks ago.

Could you explain me why I have received this email ?

I won't pay twice.
