So basically I can’t seem o use my mobile hotspot and really need to be able too can anyone help me out please

Are you getting any error messages when you try and browse the web?

Are you contract or PAYG?

Mobile hotspot does not work on PAYG.

If on contract, you may not have iData enabled so call customer services to check on 202.
