Missed calls

Really irritating, my friends call, it says 'not available' or just 'beeps' but if they try again straight away the call goes through!! I have loads of missed calls that it haven't missed and the numbers next to the 'missed call' on my call list. I use this phone for my business so clearly missing calls. I have tried the network section - switching from manual to automatic but hasn't made any difference :((((((

Hi @Anonymous check your do not disturb settings I think it's under privacy it sounds like that's switched on that would cause the problem you describe

If DND is on you will have a moon symbol on the notification bar.

Are you not getting any calls to your iPhone ?

You may also want to check your blocked list just in case you have added them accidentally.

If all looks ok regarding what's been advised then as a last resort you could use the reset.

Settings ~ General ~ Reset ~ Reset All Settings.

Check with O2 Cs your account is ok.

An Apple Genius Bar would run a diagnostic on it if required.

1st call failing then immediately after 2nd call connecting is DND (from the OP)......
