You may also want to check your blocked list just in case you have added them accidentally.

If all looks ok regarding what's been advised then as a last resort you could use the reset.
Settings ~ General ~ Reset ~ Reset All Settings.
Check with O2 Cs your account is ok.
An Apple Genius Bar would run a diagnostic on it if required.
