Lost phone and upgrade

I lost my iPhone 4and the insurance company still won't pay out. I am 11 months into a 24 month contract . Can I upgrade or change my contract to get a replacement phone. If that's not possible can I stop my contract as I don't want to pay for a phone which I'm of using?

I didn't know that . I would prefer to have the iPhone 4 because I prefer the size.

Unfortunately it is now only made in 8gb instead of 16etc but if your happy with an 8gb one im sure it would be better than not having one:smileyhappy:

You beat me too it.
I remembered that my phone was a 32 gb and that's not available now
I think that was why they wouldn't replace it.
