Hi. I have recently lost the alert for new incoming emails on both my iPhone and email. How do I restore it please?

Have you updated your software?
Push has a slider button on mine but my tick further down in fetch settings is blue.

Ok, so if you turn off push then scroll down to the fetch settings and tick 15 mins (as a trial) do you then get notifications?
