Why is live chat not available on O2. I just keep getting sent to an utterly useless virtual assistant? Thanks

Sometimes chat appears when browsing the shop pages

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

That issue is nothing to do with o2, but is to do with your email provider, so try changing your outgoing email port to 26 and then try again.. 

Port 25 is blocked on most networks as it used for a thing called Open Relays which are used to spam..

If that doesnt work then let us know your email provider, and also contact your email provider to check its not a firewall block

Make sure you aren't using any special characters in your password that are banned from password use.
