Live chat is offline and I need it

I really need to get someone to activate my works Bolton and I can't phone as I would lose the credit to activate the Bolton. I can't talk to a live chat because they're offline, I need it now😭

You can usually activate bolt ons in your My O2 or by texting a code.
Which bolt on do you want?
