Hi

Anyone know why the live chat area of the site isn't working today?

I have a new phone through Mobiles.co.uk but still with O2 and want to work out how to transfer my number as it's the same provider. Do I need to go through the PAC rigamarole or can it be smoothly transferred?

You need to call on 202, no need for a PAC, but it can't be done online.
