Just received my new iPhone SE but my sim is too big. They're sending me a new one and the guru on the online chat gave me a link to transfer all my numbers etc but the link has disappeared with the conversation! Can anyone give me the link?

I don't think you can store numbers on the sim in an iPhone can you?
You'll need the swap my sim link though when the new sim arrives http://swapmysim.o2.co.uk/

Best not to store numbers on a sim card, they should be on the phone and backed up to the cloud or iTunes.

Any help?

Make sure your contacts are backed up to your google account and then enter your google account on the iPhone.
Your contacts will automatically sync to new phone then.
