Keys keep freezing on my new iPhone 6

A keys keep freezing when using keys.... Been like this when I received it but it's getting worse & annoying.

Try a reset first by holding home and power key together until the Apple logo appears on screen.

Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

How long have you had the phone. If less than 28 days then return as faulty but if over then try if possible to get it checked out with Apple.

Definitely take it to Apple rather than sending out to O2s repair service if older than 28 days. I just received great service from the Apple store, and would always try the manufacturer rather than Anovo (O2 repairs).
