Keeping my number

I changed from pay and go to pay monthly sim and want to keep my old number but this hasn't worked so what can you do

@Anonymous Easiest way to do this is to go into an O2 store, if you are near one, and ask them to give you a Pay Monthly sim and swap your details over to it. P & G sims have different info on them. Bring some ID to prove that it's your account.
