My bill is showing I pay for ITunes but I don't use it and never wanted it 

How did it get there and how do I stop it

If you have an iphone then go into subscriptions via the menu on the device. 

If not then goto htts://apple.com  and have a look at what you are paying for and cancel it from there.

There is nothing o2 can do, to stop these payments, as they are passed on from Apple...
