Hi I need to get to  itemised bill how do I do this please

  • Open your bill
  • Scroll down to see 6 previous bills and click on one of those. 
  • Scroll down to the bottom of that bill and click on
  • View and print older bills 
    That will bring up the old style web page 
  • Scroll down to the bottom of that page and you will see Download and print PDF bill

Yes there is that particular issue but hoping @Anonymous isn't one of those affected.

That particular bug does seem to be sporadic in its selection of individual to impact, yes.

 

Hopefully @Marjo can keep us afflicted ones posted about progress on the download/print current or previous bills front wink
