Iphone5 and 4G

Hi guys

 

I wonder if anyone can help me please?  I have recently been given an iphone 5 but cannot connect 4G.  Can anyone advise me on how to connect to 4G please?  ☺

Iphone 5 does not support 4G on the 02 network i think only EE does

True @Anonymous I was having a senior moment...LOL

So if the OP wants to keep the phone and wants 4G they will have to change network. I think they will get 4G with EE and also Three (who will be taking over O2....at some point)

Yes....but sadly O2 doesn't support 4G on the iphone 5....so see my last post...

O2 are updating some areas with a different frequency to the 800 they use. When it comes to your area the 5 will be 4G capable. When Three take over and mast are shared there will be no problem connecting to 4G but short term, as stated the 5 cannot use 4G on o2.
