Iphone doesn't sync contacts properly with my car

Iphone 5 works perfectly in the car all except it stubbornly refuses to pick up all of my contacts. it does pick up the first entry for each letter of the alphabet, e.g. Andy, Bob, Chris. It leaves all other entries off

Sorry to help you I need to know what car it is and if its am add on kit your using for connectivity?

Do you use the system for music as well?

I've found mention of Renault needing a software update to work via the USB interface.(not yet released)

The other option that might help is to manually enter the contact info into the renaults system(a pain I know)

Yes it works perfectly for music, make and receive calls and it's fully wireless via bluetooth.

Argh that's irrateing was hoping music was on the fritz as well. Unfortunatly the solution I found wont help now:(

Only thing I can suggest is to enter the contacts manually for now. There is a lot of discussion on other forums about ios6 incompatibility. Hopefully the next update will change the issue, like they did with ios4.

Ford have released a fix so hopefully Renault won't be far behind. Or apple will fix it when their next update is due(any idea on date?)
