How long have you had the phone and do you have a problem with it?

The retailer has a 24 month warranty I believe but that could be wrong. Apple only have a 12 month warranty

Hello @Anonymous
We can confirm that O2 iPhones come with a one year warranty and if a fault occurs during the warranty period, both O2 and Apple can arrange a repair and if necessary, a replacement. Outside of this warranty period however, any repairs or replacements would be chargeable.
We hope it helps
