Pre ordered my iPhone 7 plus rose gold on the 11/9/16 paid a deposit had no contact no emails nothing. Rang them up and been told no stock until the end of November beginning of Dec! Absolute joke! Oh but the extra data I will get but WILL NOT USE AS I DO NOT GO OVER 5GB is supposed to make up for it! O2 you really should treat your customers a lot better. Now deciding weather to cancel and go with EE

Complain, it's happening to lots of ppl. It really is unacceptable on 02's part.

I got my confirmation through at 8:08am on the 9/9 and I've still not had any communication either. All I've had from them is lies and no apologies. 

The service I've had from them has been brilliant but the last week is making me think EE are worth trying out...
