My iphone 6s has decided its not going to switch on or charge, it gets stuck on the apple logo screen, and wont load.  I've tried 3 different cables, two laptops and the plug to get it to charge but it just wont.

I gave up and decided to just upgrade as the phone is so old, but I can't because part of the checkout process involves O2 sending a code to my phone to confirm its the account holder upgrading.  How am I meant to upgrade my phone if I can't get that text message?

Can anyone recommend a way to fix the iphone 6s??

I've tried the O2 numbers I found on the website, the first one is shut from about 6pm and the second one is an automated message that keeps ending the call before I can talk to someone...not very helpful.

Thanks.

Unfortunately not Jonsie, I don't have another phone to put it into (and to be honest, I tried removing it to see if I could before completing the checkout as it asks if you need a new SIM and its stuck in there, it wouldn't open)....its not my day :).
