Iphone 6 no signal?

Hi - anyone else experiencing problems with signal in South Yorkshire S71? I have 4 empty circles and no ability to call or text

tried that - says everything is fine but it's not 😞

Also try cleaning the sim card and reset your phone by holding the home and on/off buttons down until you get the Apple logo.

I should add that it doesn't seem to have worked since I clicked yes to update carrier settings

Definitely do the sim removal reset as above and see if you can try your sim in another phone too.

So this appears they haven't updated correctly?...or in fact ...updated at all?
