Iphone 6 128gb Gold - How Long of a wait am i looking at?

Hi, if i made an order for the iphone 6 128gb in gold on sunday night so 12/10 how long do you think it will be before i receive my phone?

I was told when i ordered that they have them in stock and it would be with me Monday however Monday came and no phone so contacted 02 who just apologised and offered to cancel the phone? slightly unhelpful.

So two people say Apple don't do Refresh and one person says they do. We do need an official answer on this to avoid telling people to go to Apple. Can @Toby @Anonymous or @Marjo please check?

Also when i went to cancel i was told my phone would be despatched in the next 24 hours? whether to believe this or not i dont know!

Well @Toby  has just said on another thread that Refresh is NOT available anywhere other than O2...so I really don't know how this poster got one??

That's always how we understood it so giving advice to get refresh from Apple is incorrect.

i have been told i will receive my tracking order within 24 hours so we shall see ill give them this chance if not pick up from apple tomorrow and miss out on refresh

Exactly...we were misinformed sadly...Someone told us they had actually collected theirs on the Refresh tariff from Apple
