Iphone 5 visual voicemail error

Morning All

I seem to be having visual voicemail issues! This morning my visual voicemail has given me a message from Tuesday nothing important but it could have been! Message was 24 seconds long got to 9 seconds would play no more and came up with

"Voicemail unavailable unable to inititate connection"

Has always worked fine in the past but in the last 6 weeks or so seems to have become really flaky!

Maybe checking with 02 Customer Services on 202 just to check your account may help.

Remove your sim to give it a wipe down.

Also soft reset your iPhone by pressing the top sleep/wake button and home button until the apple logo appears then let go may help.

Also reset your network settings.

Settings , general, reset , reset network settings.
