Iphone 5 sim card

Hi All

 

Im sure this is a simple pimple question for you clever folks. I have ordered an Iphone 5 today, its been despatched slight_smile I know they take a special sim card...... will O2 have automatically sent me one? Or did I need to request it because I havent 😞

They seem to be sending them with the phones. If not pretty much all O2 stores will have stock of them:)

Yes it should come with a micro sim. If for any reason it doesn't then they will send you one out if you call them or you can pop into a O2 store to pick one up. 

You did not mention if you are upgrading or on a new contract or if your are coming over to O2 from another company. 

If you are on O2 and currently using a normal sim then you will need to do a sim swap.

If you are coming over from another company and wanting to bring your number then you will need the PAC code from your current carrier and then fill out the form again online.

I am not a Iphone user so I hope I got that all right. Sure one of my more educated fellow posters will point it out if I am wrong.

I think you mean PAC code. A PUK code is to unblock a phone.
