It usually sorts itself out after a couple of days if you keep rebooting your phone. If it doesn't you need to contact customer services so they can reset your account Guide: How to find help & contact O2

The number in your MyO2 should change immediately. If your MyO2 is correct, don't worry about it, but if that's wrong, call customer service immediately.
