It's either a faulty phone or failed sim. 
Try a different sim in your phone first.

Hi @Joanna4 , how are you? It's been a while since you posted about not being able to connect to the O2 network or get any data on your iPhone. Did you manage to sort this out yet? Any help from the suggestion above?
