I bought an ipad on pay monthly, after 2 weeks the microphone does not work on the device. I tried to contact but there is no live chat at the moment and there is no way to contact. The process is complicated and there is no way i can get intouch to get this problem solved. Could anyone give me advice on how i can get this solved and actually get intouch with them.

If it's faulty you have 28 days to return it for a replacement or repair.

If you have had it less than 39 days they will exchange a faulty device. If it's over 30 days it can be sent for repair, or go and see Apple and they will repair or replace as it's under warranty
